The suspicious person is described as a man
age about 40
build small fat
jacket blue with white checkered pattern
underclothes same as above
wearing black rimmed glasses

Parents should tell their children not to walk around at night, not to walk while listening to music, etc., and to take security measures such as giving them a crime prevention buzzer or cell phone.
