The City will not call you or an ATM to guide you through the refund or benefit process.
We will always send you a letter with our contact information.

If you receive a call, please report it immediately.

Scam Phone Calls in Ichikawa City
The following two cases of suspected scams have been reported by a man claiming to be "Fukuda, Health and Welfare Department" posing as an employee of Ichikawa City.
Please note that there is no "Health and Welfare Department" in this city.
