Operation of the Clean Center

We would like to report on the current status of the Clean Center, which was shut down on October 18, 2023.

We have completed emergency measures for the two furnaces that were out of operation, and are now conducting incineration using three furnaces while checking their operation.
As a result of this, the amount of refuse in the pit has decreased, and we have decided to stop the incineration of refuse as of today （ December 25 ） in order to resume the interrupted inspection and maintenance of one furnace, which has been in continuous operation, and to conduct incineration by two furnaces.
Other inspections and maintenance will be carried out by the end of March 2024, and we will proceed with the work so that the plant will be ready for normal operation in April 2024.
The removal of refuse to neighboring municipalities and private businesses has been completed.
