Information on Suspicious Persons

This is a notice from the Ichikawa Police Department.
On May 20, 2024, shortly after 7:00 p.m., several incidents occurred in the vicinity of Higashi-Sugano, Ichikawa City, where a student on foot was physically touched by a suspicious person on a bicycle while passing him.
The suspicious person is characterized as a man
age 30-50 years old
build, thin type
using a bicycle
.
Be aware of walking while using a cell phone or listening to music, and take security measures.
