"Have you received your flat-rate tax abatement form?"
"I have the tax form and you can pick it up at the ATM."
and then have them operate an ATM to defraud you out of your cash.

? Set your landline phone at home to "answering machine setting" and use number display, etc. to avoid answering unknown numbers ！
