■ Water restrictions
For safety reasons, designated viewing Only vessels that have applied for sponsorship in advance and display a flag issued by the Executive Committee will be allowed to view the fireworks display in the designated viewing area. Vessels without a flag will not be allowed to pass through the Edogawa Locks （ and Koumon ） after 2:30 p.m. on the day of the fireworks display until the fireworks are completed.
